The work that we do can only be achieved as a direct result of the support we recieve from the communities we serve. The adverage cost to equip and train a SWIFT Medic is £15,000, and then there are the ongoing running costs on top.

During 2008, SWIFT will need to put it's response volunteers through advanced driving training, that will enable them to continue to reach the scene of an incident quickly and safely whilst using blue lights and sirens. This training is estimated at £5,000 per 6 candidates, and any donation towards this would be greatfuly recieved.
